Heri Heights Hotel Apartments, SureStay Collection by Best Western

Fortunately, we had chosen a comfortable hotel in a beautiful area of Nairobi for our first stay in Kenya. For four adults, a two-story apartment with its own kitchen, spacious living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms was a perfect option. The location was extremely secure, quiet, and green. The hotel itself was modern and stylish, and the garden was a beautiful, species-rich oasis. Thanks to this hotel, our two-week trip started off wonderfully.

The property is very spacious and beautifully landscaped. The rooms are huge and modern. This is our second time booking multiple rooms and Heri Heights does not disappoint. They treat you like family and priced right. The breakfast is amazing and the give you huge portions for all meals. Make sure to try the Indian butter chicken! So delish! We already made plans to return in July!

Most amazing facilities and staff. I have stayed at Heri Heights five times abd I can’t wait to be back. Extremely professional - The Well kept beautiful garden next to The Aborretum makes for a bird heaven. It is refreshing to swim in The spartling pool, take my business meetings in The perfect facilities and order a great meal in The beautiful restaurant. All staff - any category - is so helpful. What a place of beauty !

Good breakfast, responsive, friendly and engaging staff. A big shout out to housekeeping. Serene and secure location in the heart of the city with hotel nicely tucked out of view. It's a home away from home.

The staff from Johnson the Manager and Grace the senior receptionist to the waiters ,the cleaners and Paul the pool boy all gave exceptional service always with a smile and instant response.I have travelled all over the world and must say that in terms of value for money Heri Heights was extremely good.Geoff Potts UK
